Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data GroowFuse Consult collects through groowfuse.com, why we collect it, and the rights you have. We keep it short and plain.
Who we are
GroowFuse Consult is the data controller for this website. You can contact us at info@groowfuse.com or write to GroowFuse Consult, 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02 XE80, Ireland.
What we collect and why
- Contact form. Your name, email address, company name and message, so we can reply to your enquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and steps you ask us to take before any agreement.
- Booking a call. When you book a free call, Calendly collects your name, email address and any answers you give, so we can hold the meeting. Calendly’s own privacy policy also applies.
- Emails and our contact list. If you contact us or book a call, we may keep your details in our customer relationship system (Brevo) to manage the conversation. We only send marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Website analytics. With your consent only, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are visited. You can accept or reject this in the cookie banner, and change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
- Security. Our security and anti-spam tools (Wordfence and Akismet) process your IP address and form submissions to protect the site from attacks and spam. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
Cookies
- Your cookie choice (always on): remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics, for 6 months.
- Google Analytics (only if you accept): helps us see which pages are visited. Set by Google and kept for up to 2 years.
- Security (always on): our security tools may set these to block malicious traffic.
If you reject analytics cookies, Google Analytics does not set cookies on your device.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We use trusted service providers to run the site and our business: our web host (HostArmada), Microsoft 365 for email, Brevo for contact management and email, Calendly for bookings, and Google for analytics. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on safeguards approved under EU law, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and for no longer than 2 years after our last contact unless you become a client, in which case we keep records as required by law. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To do any of this, email info@groowfuse.com. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie.
